Our Story

Born on Route 16,
Built for French Settlement

We grew up right here — knowing which farms have the best produce, which neighbors make the sourdough, and what "fresh" actually means when you live off the beaten path. Route 16 Nutrition started as a simple idea: what if French Settlement had a place that actually understood what we needed?

Not a big-box store with fluorescent lights and empty shelves. Not an online order with a two-week shipping window. A real shop, right off LA-444, where someone can look you in the eye and tell you where that honey came from.

Community First

Every product we stock is chosen with our neighbors in mind — not a corporate buying committee.

Always Here

No out-of-stock surprises. We keep what works, rotate what doesn't, and listen to what you ask for.

Real Knowledge

Our team knows the difference between grass-fed and grain-finished, and we'll tell you why it matters.
